Our head office in Cornwall is home to our core team who’ll be on hand to guide you through the pros and cons of Solar PV as well as technical advice and guidance. It’s likely that you’ll speak with one of our friendly faces below who enjoy helping our customers achieve their goals. With a wide network of installers the length and breadth of the UK, there are too many to list below! Richard Yeo
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Richard oversees the successful day-to-day running of the company and ensures the business offers the best possible products and services. Passionate about renewable technologies and reducing carbon emissions, Richard has helped to implement a wide range of solutions not just within ThermoSol but the wider ThermoGroup. Outside of work, he enjoys a quiet family life close to the beach in Cornwall.

Jason Keyter
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Jason is responsible for handling a wide range of customer accounts including residential and commercial. Experienced in the world of construction, he has a sound understanding of building technologies and how best to protect them. From attending surveys to handling the specification of large projects, Jason’s role is varied and extensive. In his down time Jason enjoys spending time with his kids.

ADAM WELLS
SALES MANAGER
One of the first ports of call when making an enquiry, Adam operates the sales provision for both residential and commercial customers. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly and helpful, he has an aptitude for specifying solutions, educating customers on best practices and he’s an absolute whizz when it comes to systems, processes and data control. Adam has an extensive family who keep him on his toes out of work.

Catherine Trevarthen
LOGISTICS & CUSTOMER CARE
Catherine has been with the company from the start and has grown into the role of customer care and logistics. When it comes to handling your initial enquiry or booking you in the for an install, she is organised and on the ball! Covering a range of administrative duties as well, Catherine’s days are kept extremely busy. With a young family, Catherine’s kept busy outside of work with child related activities.

MADELINE MURPHY
MARKETING ASSISTANT
Madeline heads up our marketing content, producing interesting graphics and stories to showcase the pros and cons of Solar PV. Assisting us with keeping our social media feed busy and the website up to date, she has a wide range of skillsets that keep us in the 21st century! Outside of work, Madeline juggles a lovely little 1 year old boy with family life and enjoys getting out to the beach.

You’ll find Sam keeping the customer warranties up to date, issuing the invoices, paying the invoices and ensuring the admin of the business is kept on course! As a director of the company and wife of Richard, Sam lives and breathes the business 24/7, assisting with implementing quality management systems and ensuring we are compliant! Her two young children keep life busy outside of work and like Richard, she enjoys the outdoors around Cornwall!
